(HS code: 2710.19.43, 2710.19.44) subject to import duty of 5-20% and VAT of 10%.

+ Section 3403: Lubricating preparations (including cutting oil preparations, preparations for loosening bolts or nuts, anti-corrosion or anti-wear preparations and preparations for mold release, whose basic component is lubricating oil) and preparations for oil or grease treatment of textiles, leather, furs or other materials, but excluding preparations whose basic component contains 70% or more by weight of petroleum-derived oils or oils derived from bituminous minerals. HS code 34031990, import duty 10% and VAT 10%.

2. Proceed with opening the customs declaration form and submitting the electronic customs declaration.
3. Proceed with the quality inspection registration.
